Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 13 June 2026
Welcome to Tomooh. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tomooh platform and its services. Tomooh is a software service operated by an individual working in a self-employed (freelance) capacity under a Saudi Freelance Work Document, and it is currently offered as an early-stage product (MVP) under continuous development. By using the platform or creating an account you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the platform.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" or "Tomooh": the Tomooh online platform and all services and tools available through the website.
- "Operator" or "we": the owner and operator of the platform identified in the next section.
- "User" or "you": any person who creates an account or uses the platform.
- "Career Vault": the professional data the user enters themselves (experience, education, skills, certifications, projects).
- "Credits": a unified balance that powers the platform's services; each action spends a set amount (for example, a successful job application send costs 10 credits).
- "Job application": the application email and CV sent to an employer after your explicit approval.
2. The service provider and its legal status
The Tomooh platform is operated by Hassan Mujahid Ibrahim Alqaisi (the "Operator"), an individual working in a self-employed (freelance) capacity under Freelance Work Document No. FL-137313884 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh.
"Tomooh" is a trade name used by the Operator to provide the service. It is not a joint-stock or limited-liability company, and it is not a recruitment agency or labor-recruitment office. Any reference to "Tomooh" or "we" in these Terms means the Operator named above.
3. Nature of the service (early-stage product)
Tomooh is a software tool that helps you apply for jobs efficiently: you build your Career Vault once, the platform shows you matching jobs from the market, generates a CV and application email tailored to each job strictly from the facts in your Vault, then sends the application from your own email inbox after your explicit approval of every campaign.
The service is currently provided as an early-stage product (MVP) under continuous development. Its features may change, be added, or be withdrawn, and it may contain errors or interruptions. You use it on that basis.
Tomooh is not a recruitment agency, an employment broker, or an employer, and it has no partnership or endorsement relationship with the employers shown. Hiring decisions rest solely with employers, and Tomooh does not guarantee any reply, interview, or job.
4. Eligibility and account creation
- You must be 18 years or older and have full legal capacity to use the platform.
- Information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date, and the email address used must belong to you.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- One account per person; accounts under a false identity, or on behalf of others without authorization, are not permitted.
5. Accuracy of data and content responsibility
The platform is built on one core principle: no fabricated facts. Tomooh's AI writes your CV and emails from the data YOU entered in your Career Vault only, and never adds experience, qualifications, or skills that are not in it.
- You warrant that all data in your Career Vault is true, current, and belongs to you personally.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any application you approve for sending, and you can review it in full before it goes out.
- Any damage or liability arising from inaccurate data you entered, or from impersonating another person, is your responsibility alone.
6. AI-generated content and your review
- CVs, application emails, and consultations are generated with the help of AI models, and the generated content may contain errors or inaccurate wording even though the platform is designed to write from your data without fabrication.
- Every CV and email is shown to you before sending, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving it. By approving the send, you assume sole responsibility for the content of the application.
- The AI consultant provides general information and guidance for assistance only. It is not licensed legal, financial, or professional advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for a qualified professional.
7. Inbox connection and sending
- Job applications are sent from YOUR own email inbox (Gmail, Outlook, or other providers as they become available) after you connect it with your explicit consent.
- The platform never sends a message without your explicit approval of the apply list, and in doing so it acts on your behalf and under your authorization.
- The inbox permission is used only to send your approved applications (send-only access); we never read your mailbox.
- Your use of Google or Microsoft email is also subject to your email provider's terms, and you are responsible for complying with them and with reasonable sending limits.
- You can disconnect your inbox at any time from the Settings page, or directly from your email account settings.
8. Credits, pricing, payment and tax
- Platform services run on a single unified credit; each action spends a set amount (for example, a successful application send costs 10 credits), according to the plans and credit packs published on the pricing page.
- Add-on credit packs are available only to subscribers on a paid plan and top up your credit balance.
- Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals. The Operator is not currently registered for Value Added Tax, so VAT is not added to purchases. If the Operator becomes VAT-registered in future, prices will be shown inclusive of VAT as required.
- Payments are processed by the payment provider Dodo Payments, which may act as Merchant of Record. Where it does, it is the seller of record for the transaction and handles collection, taxes, and invoicing under its own terms.
- Tomooh does not store your bank card details; they are processed directly by the payment provider.
- Prices and plans may change from time to time; changes never apply retroactively to an existing balance.
9. Refund and cancellation policy
- Application send credits (10 per application) are consumed only when an application is successfully sent from your inbox. Because Tomooh does not read your mailbox (send-only access), bounces are not detected automatically; if you find that an email did not reach the employer, you may contact support@tomooh.io to request a credit review.
- If a credit-based service fails due to a technical error on Tomooh's side, the consumed credits are refunded automatically.
- Aside from the technical-failure refunds described above, amounts paid and activated credits are non-refundable, whether used or unused, to the extent permitted by the E-Commerce Law and consumer-protection rules of the Kingdom.
- Credits are non-transferable to another account and do not expire.
- Where the payment provider acts as Merchant of Record, some refund requests may also be subject to its policies.
10. Acceptable use
When using the platform, you must not:
- Impersonate others or enter professional data belonging to someone else without authorization.
- Use the platform to send unlawful, offensive, misleading, or spam content to employers.
- Harvest the platform's data, jobs, or contact details by automated means, resell them, or reverse-engineer its systems.
- Misuse employer contact addresses for any purpose other than a legitimate job application.
- Use the platform in violation of the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or in a way that harms the platform or others.
The Operator may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, with notice to the user where feasible.
11. Job information
Job data shown on the platform is aggregated from multiple sources and processed for clear, consistent display. Tomooh makes reasonable efforts to verify the quality of this data and the contact channels before showing any job, but does not guarantee that a vacancy remains open or that every detail is accurate with the employer, and the employers shown are not partners of or endorsed by Tomooh.
12. Reliance on third-party services
The service relies on external providers, including Google and Microsoft for inbox connection, OpenAI for AI processing, the payment provider, and the hosting provider. Any interruption, change, or discontinuation of these providers' services may affect the platform or its features, and the Operator is not responsible for that. Each provider has its own terms and policies that apply to your use of its service.
13. Intellectual property
- The platform, its design, trademark, and software belong to the Operator; using the platform grants you no rights in them.
- Your professional data remains yours; you grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it only as needed to deliver the service.
- CVs and emails generated for you through the platform are yours to use inside and outside the platform.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform and all of its outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, error-free or uninterrupted operation. Tomooh does not warrant any hiring outcome, the accuracy or continued availability of job data, or that your emails are delivered or answered by employers.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws in force in the Kingdom, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, nor for loss of opportunity, job, income, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the platform or from hiring decisions and their outcomes.
In all cases, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amounts you actually paid for the service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, these limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Operator harmless from any claims, losses, or reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your inaccurate data, your misuse of the platform or your connected inbox, or your infringement of the rights of others or of applicable laws.
17. Suspension and termination
- You may close your account at any time; the data-deletion policy described in the Privacy Policy then applies.
- Free credits are not redeemable for cash; paid plans are subject to the refund policy above and to the terms published at purchase.
- The Operator may terminate or suspend an account upon a material breach of these Terms or use that harms the platform or others.
18. Force majeure
The Operator is not liable for any delay or failure to perform the service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as technical failures at providers, internet or power outages, governmental decisions, disasters, or other events of force majeure.
19. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may develop the service, modify its features, or discontinue parts of it at any time. These Terms may also be updated from time to time, and for any material change we will notify you through the platform or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.
20. General provisions
- Your electronic acceptance of these Terms (by registering or using the platform) is a binding legal acceptance under the Electronic Transactions Law, and we may keep an electronic record of the version, date, and language of the Terms you accepted.
- If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and our failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of it.
- You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent; the Operator may assign them in connection with a transfer of the service.
- These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding your use of the platform.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom in the city of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
For any questions about these Terms, contact the Operator Hassan Mujahid Ibrahim Alqaisi at: support@tomooh.io
